Wells Fargo branch closing: The downtown Montrose branch of Wells Fargo branch will close permanently on Aug. 11. The branch has been temporarily closed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers received notice of the permanent closure earlier this month.

New RV park gets go-ahead permit: Riverside Gardens will be adding an RV resort to their property. The first phase of the project includes 21 full-service RV sites.
