BIG DEVELOPMENT:
A large vaccine development company is looking at Montrose as the potential site for a new facility. The company's first project would be COVID-19 vaccinations. Above is One Creative Place, the potential site.

MAY DAY: Today is International Workers Day, basically the rest of the world's Labor Day. Some workers in the U.S., however, have decided to walk off the job in protest of working conditions.

OPENING UP: Many retailers and personal service businesses are opening back up today (with precautions) as Gov. Jared Polis' "safer at home" order goes into effect. May 4 will mean even more non-critical businesses can open.
