In tomorrow's print edition of the Montrose Daily Press, you can read about a short-term Colorado River plan that the feds have announced; as well as about healthcare access challenges in the West End of Montrose County; and also about how a typo in the budget is causing funding issues for the city's Development And Revitalization Team, or DART.
