So I had my first ever In-N-Out burger this weekend

It was absolutely excellent. We don't really have this chain on the east coast, so when I saw it in Salt Lake City last weekend, I had to try it out.

Westerners, y'all have outdone yourselves. Definitely top-tier fast food, right up there with Five Guys- which luckily we do have back home.

This was my second time in Salt Lake City, and as much as I love the Western Slope, it was nive to go somewhere a little busier...and have a chance to hit Trader Joes, which should really open a location in Grand Junction.

We hit the waterpark (it was 100 degrees out) played some arcade games, ate out and of course banged out some hikes with a great view of nature and the city at the same time.

I'm happy to be back, and see a few less people on the trailhead, but sometimes it's cool to get out of town and grab some high-quality fast food.
