Bring on the pumpkin spice

OK — so I don't actually drink pumpkin spice anything, not being a fan of coffee. But if you do like it, this is your time! This year marks the 20th since Starbucks introduced the seasonal latte favorite.

Even if you don't get excited about a coffee flavor, there's plenty of visual "flavor" to enjoy in a Colorado fall. I again took one of my favorite easy hikes near Ridgway over the weekend, and the color practically slapped me in the face.

The views in Colorado rarely disappoint; the ones with leaves glowing red, orange and yellow hues are, however, exceptional. Here's just a sampling of what was in God's paintbox Sunday.

(Talk about a glow-up!)

Oh, and if you want to laugh a little, check out TV comedian John Oliver's slightly less than reverent take on the national pumpkin spice obsession here. "SPIIICE!!!"

— Katharhynn, from the Newsroom, urging you to get out and enjoy the scenery.
