COVID CASES ON THE RISE: Because of a higher number of cases over a two-week period, the state has increased the "dial" from cautious to "concern" in Montrose County. There are a few changes, like the size of gatherings allowed. To go back down to the "cautious" level, the county would need to see a decrease in the number of new cases over the next two weeks.
