Quick update: Bank of the West announced plans to reopen Tuesday, Nov. 9. The bank previously said it would reopen Friday, Nov. 5. "We encourage customers to bank remotely, whenever possible, during this time," Executive Vice President of the Rocky Mountain Region Shawn Cole said.
