LAST CALL: Citing data indicating an uptick in coronavirus cases among the younger population — ages 20-29 — Gov. Jared Polis issued an executive order on Tuesday requiring establishments to stop alcohol sales at 10 p.m. each day, a four hour bump from the traditional last call at 2 a.m.
Polis has since amended the order after business owners' voice concerns.

THE EYE OF THE TIGER played in my high school gym every spirit week during our Friday morning assemblies. I still remember that feeling as a senior walking into the gym for our final assembly with that song playing and then breaking out into a choreographed routine.
While "Eye Of the Tiger" wasn't my favorite song, I grew to appreciate it and associate it with my school spirit. Music has a way of helping me recall moments in my life, even if I wasn't born when the song originally came out. Does music do that for you, too?
On July 24, 1982, "Eye Of The Tiger" by Survivor from the "Rocky III" soundtrack started a 6-week run at No. 1 on the U.S. charts.

PUT OUT THAT FIRE: With moisture content in trees and vegetation low because of ongoing drought conditions, it only takes one stray ember being blown by the wind to ignite a wildland fire that destroys resources and brings out fire crews, who face danger.
Don't forget about packing out your trash and staying on designated roadways and trails.
