SOME VENDORS AT THE LOCAL FARMERS MARKET
are reporting an uptick in sales despite average or less-than-average attendance. The vendors don't really know why sales are up, but they've got their hunches.

A FAVORITE FRUIT: I'm sure you weren't wondering, but today is National Blueberry Day. The tasty fruit is rich with fiber and antioxidants, can help lower cholesterol and reduces the risk of cancer. Blueberries can even slow the aging process.

THE COMMUNITY CAME TOGETHER Friday to show its support for three wish kids who had their wishes postponed due to the coronavirus. Make-A-Wish worked with local coordinators to organize a Parade of Wishes to celebrate wish kids Shantal, Anabel and Kaylie.
The community met at Cerise Park at 9:15 a.m., where they finished decorating their vehicles and got a chance to meet other members of the community.
