Ten other people were indicted in the case.

COMMUNITY PROJECTS: The Montrose City Council convened for a work session Monday, Sept. 14, where they heard details about potential projects to sidewalks and parks around the community.
Mayor Barbara Bynum said the next step would be for the council to walk down the streets to see the impacts on the ground. The community is invited on the walk and the council welcomes feedback.

TODAY IN HISTORY: On Sept. 15, 2013, Denver Broncos' Quarterback Peyton Manning passes for 307 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos' 41-23 win over the New York Giants. Manning (60,256) became the third quarterback in NFL history to reach 60,000 career passing yards, alongside Brett Favre and Dan Marino.
Speaking of Broncos — did you watch the game Monday night as the Broncos lost a late lead against the Tennessee Titans?
