ATTENDANCE MAX:
Local residents eager to tune into the City of Montrose's Planning Commission Zoom meeting Wednesday, intended to discuss the HUB at Montrose Crossing, a multi-family and senior living housing development proposal, were shut out after the max of 100 participants was reached minutes into the meeting.
The planning commission motioned a continuance of the meeting, keen on having the meeting at a later date so the Zoom license could be upgraded and everyone in the community who wants to participate may do so.

'TIME' PERSON OF THE YEAR:
For the first time, Time magazine will make its "Person of the Year" announcement as part of a T.V. special. It's tonight on NBC. They have it down to four finalists:
•Joe Biden
•Donald Trump
•Movement for racial justice
•Dr. Anthony Fauci and front-line health works.
The honor goes to the person "who affected the news or our lives the most, for better or worse."
TIME set up a reader poll and here's who people picked.
