Montrose is looking brighter than ever... And I don't mean because ofgthe nonstop sunlight we're getting hit with. I've been writing a lot lately about various DART (Developement and Revitalization Team) initatives, as the team is bringing big summer and year-round events to town like the Montrose Truck Stop series and new Art Crawls. It's also supporting a mural grant program, which is literally brightening up downtown with eye-catching artwork. The team celebrated the completion of the first mural last month, and another is nearing completion at 11 S Townsend. Plus, a handful more are in the works, and personally I'm excited to see them!
