Love is a dance ...

Ahhh ... Valentine's Day. Full of flowers and chocolate and syrupy sweet sentiments of love.

If you've found it, and you can hold on to it, love is certainly worth celebrating. In today's edition of the Montrose Daily Press, writer Frank Witowski, Jr., relays a trio of love stories in celebration of Valentine's Day.

The local couples chronicled in Frank's piece — the Hanchetts, the Johnsons and the Ahlbergs — all discovered love on the dance floor. Which seems appropriate, as love itself is a dance of sorts.

P.S. Also, want to give everyone a heads-up about a film screening the Montrose Daily Press is hosting — the 5 Point Adventure Film Festival On the Road is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 24 at The Temple in downtown Montrose. To learn more, check it out at the link below.
