Colorado wolf advocates launch $50,000 anti-poaching reward A nonprofit that advocates for the restoration of gray wolves in Colorado said this week that it will begin offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information on acts of illegal wolf poaching as the state moves forward with its voter-mandated reintroduction plans. Read More Seasonal Big Game Gate Closures on the Norwood and Ouray Ranger Districts The Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forests will begin their annual seasonal closure of big game wildlife gates on the Norwood and Ouray Ranger Districts Dec. 1.
