Minerich signs
SIGNING TO PLAY COLLEGE LACROSSE: Before entering her freshman year at Montrose High School, Kennadie Minerich had a goal: become a three-sport varsity starter.

Now a senior and ready to graduate, not only did Minerich end up being a varsity player, but she started in all three sports with immense success — basketball, softball, and lacrosse — all four years of high school.

COVID-19 OUTBREAK AT CARNICERIA SONORA CONFIRMED: The Montrose County Public Health Department on Thursday confirmed a COVID-19 outbreak at the Carniceria Sonora, a meat market in Montrose, located on 347 N. First St.

An outbreak is defined as two or more confirmed COVID-19 cases in a facility within 14 days.
