AFTER A HIATUS, the Historic Preservation Commission met this week and discussed its survey plan, which will help identify more historic structures in Montrose. AS COULD HAVE BEEN EXPECTED, the coronavirus has had an effect on the Montrose County Fair. There won't be open-show exhibits like in previous years.
