RELAX:
The hustle and bustle of the day to day consumes our lives. Add what's currently happening in the world and we could all use a break. While there never seems to be a day to just kick back and relax, Relaxation Day seeks to provide that oasis. Relaxation Day, celebrated annually on Aug. 15, is a day to unwind.
Here's a quote about the importance of relaxation: "Together with a culture of work, there must be a culture of leisure as gratification. To put it another way: people who work must take the time to relax, to be with their families, to enjoy themselves, read, listen to music, play a sport." - Pope Francis

THIRD-PARTY COMPLAINT FILED: The former owners of Telluride Express say they should not be brought into litigation between the shuttle company and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
ATS Enterprises, the shuttle company's former owner, said in a recent court filing that the current owners, Chasing The Sun/San Juan Mountain Ventures, violated a previous settlement agreement between the two entities, in which Chasing The Sun and related parties entered a covenant not to sue.

IT WAS A DIFFERENT type of celebration as Vista Charter Academy faculty visited graduates Friday to deliver yard signs and Vista apparel. The Vista Class of 2020 was supposed to celebrate its commencement Friday, but state and local health guidelines on large gatherings with COVID-19 caused the school staff to shift plans.
As staff went around to 46 graduates' residences, principal Emily MacNiven hoped the students and staff enjoyed celebrating this milestone.
