Unsatisfactory: For the past week, the Montrose Daily Press website has featured a poll question asking for the public's input on the City of Montrose's new online tool. The results were overwhelmingly unsatisfactory.
Seventy-seven people voted on the poll, with 42 people selecting unsatisfactory to describe the accessibility and clarity of the online tool. Nearly 75% of voters rated the tool below average or unsatisfactory, but why?
