Montrose City Council discusses potential to fund local restaurant vouchers

Montrose City Council discussed during Monday's work session the potential of supporting the Montrose Community Foundation's (MCF) restaurant voucher program using city monies from the small business relief fund.

A CYCLE OF HELPING OUT: As the need for assistance grows, a donated passenger van from Telluride Express will help the Montrose Lighthouse shuttle guests from a pick-up site downtown and transport them to the shelter north of town.

POLICE CHIEF COMMENDS PEACEFUL PROTEST: Montrose Police Chief Blaine Hall and Sheriff Gene Lillard commended the community that participated in Saturday's peaceful protest, saying the demonstrators were respectful and safe during the meaningful march.
