ANOTHER RALLY PLANNED FOR TODAY:
Black Lives Matter Montrose is set to have another rally at Demoret Park at 6 p.m.

SUICIDE CLOSES US-50: Rumors circulated that it may have been a hostage situation, but authorities said that wasn't the case. The situation saw the highway closed for three hours.

BIKE PUMP TRACK GETS FACELIFT: For those who enjoy the Riverbottom bicycle pump track, it's closed right now, but it'll open again in the next two weeks after they completely redo it.

RANGERS RESCUE INJURED CLIMBER:
Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park rangers were able to put specialized training to use June 2, when they performed a short-haul rescue of an injured climber. That's a NPS photo to the right that shows a rescuer dangled from a helicopter.
