TRIBUTE TO AVIATION CANCELED: The Tribute to Aviation, which brings dozens of military, vintage and private aircraft and crowds of spectators to Montrose Regional Airport, has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. The event takes place in September, but planning must take place months in advance. Organizers are already working to make the 2021 event a reality. EXECUTIVE ORDER GIVES TENANTS MORE TIME: Gov. Polis issued an executive order Sunday night that temporarily suspends the 10-day notice landlords usually issue tenants before eviction proceedings. According to the order, landlords must now give 30 days notice to tenants, but there are still concerns about widespread eviction and housing insecurity amid the pandemic. THE TIME TO DANCE HAS FINALLY ARRIVED: Dancers from the A Time To Dance studio in Montrose will perform a recital this Saturday in eight mini recitals, lasting between 15 and 20 minutes.
