EXECUTIVE ORDER GIVES TENANTS MORE TIME: Gov. Polis issued an executive order Sunday night that temporarily suspends the 10-day notice landlords usually issue tenants before eviction proceedings. According to the order, landlords must now give 30 days notice to tenants, but there are still concerns about widespread eviction and housing insecurity amid the pandemic.

THE TIME TO DANCE HAS FINALLY ARRIVED: Dancers from the A Time To Dance studio in Montrose will perform a recital this Saturday in eight mini recitals, lasting between 15 and 20 minutes. The recital is a celebration of the dancers' hard work during COVID-19 rehearsals.
