Who will win? Happy (local) Election Day Montrose! Today, four candidates are running for three city council seats, with returning council member Dave Frank and Judy Ann Files, who served previously before hitting a term limit, running unopposed. Meanwhile, J. David Reed and newcomer Bart Larmouth will face off in the city's only contested race to represent District 3. When the results are in, we'll let you know!
